First coffee shop in baldwin county that I have gone to that properly times espresso shots. That may seem small but it is absolutely huge if you want your coffee to taste smooth and not bitter. A huge applause to the staff and team behind this coffee bar - this is first enjoyable java juice experience I have had since moving back to the area from the west coast. Secondly, I am absolutely floored that this space exists in robertsdale - it gives an atmosphere that would be expected in a more upscale complex in a large city (or even some of the nicer areas in the community such as Fairhope or Orange Beach). This local gem delivers premium espresso at a price so affordable it is hard to believe that they stay open. My fiancée and I purchased two specialty espresso drinks with extra shots and walked out spending less than thirteen dollars. The environment is modern, clean and peaceful. The music is gentle and easily wades into the background making this the ideal location for business meetings, friendly conversation and studying. Pair their free wifi and you may also find potential for remote work as well. You will not find me taking time to write a review this long often - I cannot recommend this location enough. To boot, they have an entire play room for children if you happen to bring your little ones along for the ride. To the owners: please consider branching out to Foley, Gulf Shores / Orange beach and fill the space needed for *high quality* coffee with good atmosphere as it is sincerely lacking. I believe you have the opportunity to capitalize with your attention to detail and high quality ingredients.

UPDATE: 11/2025 We still love Sweet Home. This place is like wine and has gotten better with age. 😆 We always buy something from the shop when we go. Employees are always super nice. And of course great coffee!! We love this place! It's like something out of a book. It's so cozy. ❤️ and the staff are wonderful.

Definitely go inside! We’ve been going here for a few years for the wonderful mocha frappes, but we always used the drive-thru. I wish so much I had realized it’s so beautiful indoors! From the outside, we imagined the cafe much smaller. But it’s a perfect place to read a book (there is a free book trade corner), chat with family & friends, or work on a book or online. The gift shop is small but has beautiful goods at excellent prices. I’ll be back to write my book. :)

What a wonderful coffee shop! My friends and I came in to have a coffee for my birthday, and we had the best time! The king cake latte was INCREDIBLE. All staff we encountered were kind, friendly and easy to talk to. They have a kids play area, which is so helpful for moms wanting to catch up! I went back today for a latte, which was so good!! Kelsey, the manager, goes above and beyond for everyone, and is always so cheerful and happy! I felt like I was talking to a friend whenever I spoke with her. Hands down the best coffee shop in Baldwin County!

Amazing experience, sweet cream and chai were 10 stars, so good! Our barista was SO SWEET, attentive and helpful. She was blonde and had her nails done- can’t remember her name. All the staff behind the counter were excellent though and we loved our drinks. Bathrooms clean too. Thanks!

Food During this visit, I only indulged in a sugar-free vanilla latte. While there were pastries and sweet treats available, I appreciated the inclusion of gluten-free options. However, I did not notice any low-carb choices, and there were no protein, brunch, or lunch selections offered. Service The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that each order was perfect. Atmosphere The charming nooks, diverse seating arrangements, and tranquil ambiance with soothing music made me want to pull out my Kindle and linger a bit longer. It's worth mentioning that they play soft Christian music, which I found enjoyable during my short stay. Additionally, the coffee shop features a small selection of high-quality gifts that stand out from typical offerings. The back of the shop offers a kid-friendly zone and the bathrooms are spotless, well maintained, and full of needed supplies.

Amazing chill experience... I had the Sweet bliss iced coffee, it was very soft and tasteful. Also not to miss, their chocolate covered coffee beans tastes real great, a nice little treat. The atmosphere, especially around the winter time when they have all their Christmas decorations up. It really has a great vibe that makes you feel like you're in a Hallmark movie. Finally, the service is really welcoming and nice with the whole staff being very kind

Sweet home coffee has a cozy atmosphere, a gift shop filled with Christian gifts, clothes and much more. It's not just a place to go get coffee. It's owners and employees go above and beyond for the customer. They actually care about each person that comes in. My husband and I stopped by after having to put our dog down of 14.5 years. I was visibly falling apart in the car, could barely get my order to come out of my mouth. The young lady was so helpful. When we got up to the window to pay they were so gracious to give us a $10 gift card. The point is that this is an example of how they are doing God's work which fills my heart with joy. Good deeds come in many forms, and God is definitely amongst this place and it's team. Although my day was one of the hardest days of my life, they made me smile because God showed up in a small sweet gesture. Thank you Sweet Home Coffee ☕️ ❤️ 🙏🏼 Tessa Hall

The service here was so friendly and the atmosphere is great. There are little nooks you can go into if you need to concentrate or couches where you can sit and catch up with a friend. My 3 year old loved the kids area in the back! Oh and my cold brew was delicious!
